Our tip is to add a cheap apple juice concentrate to the feed. Usually it's best to add supplements a little each day so horses get used to the flavour but at EquiSupps, we also provide a palatability sample for free (you just pay for postage) so that your can trial in your horse's feed before you commit to purchasing a full tub.
